Reports & Documentation

Do you need a report?

Not always.

Many families find the Parent Feedback & Planning appointment provides the information they need to confidently move forward.

Following this appointment, families receive a written summary outlining key assessment findings, recommendations and next steps. This provides a practical record of the assessment process and can be referred to at home or shared with relevant members of your child's support team.

For families who require more detailed documentation, additional reporting options are also available.
