Speech Pathologist

Full-time or Part-time | Mobile + Indooroopilly clinic

Salary: $83k–$115k + super + reward-based bonus

Join a playful, neuro-affirming paediatric practice supporting children aged 0–8.

  • 4+ weeks annual leave (incl. leave loading & paid birthday leave)

  • $1,500 PD budget + 3 PD days per year

  • Flexible caseload & choose-your-own KPI + salary package

  • Full admin & Allied Health Assistant (AHA) support

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimal experience to experienced clinicians welcome (graduates and early-career applicants encouraged).

  • Must hold Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership (or be eligible) and a driver’s licence with reliable car.

  • A passion for play-based, neuro-affirming therapy is essential.

Occupational Therapist

Full-time or Part-time | Mobile – Western Brisbane to Pallara/Springfield | Indooroopilly clinic base
Salary: $83k–$115k + super + reward-based bonus

Join a playful, neuro-affirming paediatric practice supporting children aged 0–8.

  • 4+ weeks annual leave (incl. leave loading & paid birthday leave)

  • $1,500 PD budget + 3 PD days per year

  • Flexible caseload & choose-your-own KPI + salary package

  • Full admin & Allied Health Assistant (AHA) support

  • External OT supervision is provided and prioritised to support you within our speech pathology–led clinic.

4th Year Allied Health Assistant (Speech Pathology & Occupational Therapy Student)

Casual Position | Mobile + Clinic

Perfect for a final-year speech pathology student eager to gain hands-on clinical experience under close supervision.

  • Support children aged 0–8 in play-based, neuro-affirming sessions

  • Receive mentoring from a senior speech pathologist
